Grease Musical

I went to see the Grease musical in Brisbane a couple of weeks ago! It was a birthday present for my mum so we went with my brother and mum's partner. Grease is one of my all-time favourite movies

The musical was great - a little bit cheesy at times but what else do you expect from a musical? I'm not typically a fan of musicals and very rarely go to them (my mum & brother go all the time) but knew I had to when I found out it was Grease.

Rob 'Millsy' Mills was the lead as Danny which made me super excited! I've been a fan of him since he was on Australian Idol in 2004 (fun fact: I was at school camp the week he got eliminated and I cried when I found out). Millsy really played up the comedy and had some hilarious moments! The whole cast was really strong - especially the supporting characters. Eugene and Jan were my favourite - they were so good.

Overall, it was a really nice night to spend with the whole family. I love going to things with my brother because we have the same sense of humour and know what each other is thinking if we even just look at each other or laugh at the same part. It's almost like a twin connection which is pretty cool because I don't have anyone else like that in my life.

Would you like to see the musical? Let me know in the comments.

Love,
Erin
